 Exhibition Infrarrealismo  in Casa America Catalunya

The exhibition dedicated to this poetic movement brings together around 200 items—including original letters and poems, as well as journals and books produced by its members—offering a direct insight into their creative processes. The works on display, which include two sculptures, are part of the López-Triquell Collection, a project dedicated to championing and showcasing these Latin American avant-garde movements.

"Cri Jaune" (Yellow Scream) is a tribute to Mario Santiago Papasquiaro—"a yellow dog" howling at itself. Polychrome wood. Storm-tossed wood—reassembled and adapted; fragments and splinters reunited after an accident. Ribs, feet, and knees, all fashioned into a scream, a gesture. Fiber and plant sap extending into poetry.   100 cm x 85 cm x 55 cm
